Our Non-Emergency Transportation (NEMT) services provide a valuable resource to those who are experiencing challenges utilizing day to day public transportation. At UHC Medical Transport, we provide our clients with reliable transportation to their routine medical and/or specialty appointments. Aside from attending scheduled medical appointments without delays and hassles, UHC Adult Day Program & Transport Services, Inc. also acknowledges that as adults, our clients should not be deprived in attending to their social circles, hobbies, and activities despite any existing physical limitations. However, using public transportation may not have the same convenience as the private one, especially for wheelchair-bound patients. That is why we also offer wheelchair-friendly vehicles that aim to provide individuals the comfort and safety while being transported to their respective destination.
Our team provides transportation services to our patients with certain health conditions. We are dedicated to transporting them anywhere at day-time. We bring them to the following medical facilities or non-medical destinations:
